11. I would require All our kids have to serve a mandatory two (2) years military service upon graduation from High School and before College. No deferments except for life threatening medical reasons. A special unit will be set up to accommodate those physically handicapped.
12. When "Loopholes" are found in laws they will be automatically closed and the term, "to also include or to exclude", written in the law according to the intent of the law.
13. I will institute "TERM LIMITS" at every level of government.
14. Politicians and Judges pay will be a set at a percentage of the minimum wage. If it is good enough for the lower end of the work force then proportionally it is good enough for those responsible for that amount.

And who will be the "loophole Czar" with power to determine what's a loophole, and the language used to include it? I know it's a quaint notion in the post-FDR world of regulations enacted by Executive agencies and the Judiciary, but I prefer my laws written by and voted on by the House and Senate, as directed in our Constitution.
Perhaps use of legislatures is slow and unwieldy, but that is the cost of our republic (indeed, of any democracy). Decrying the paralysis of legislatures was at the core of one of the principal arguments of the early fascists for a "strong-man" form of government.
dw.....A Loophole is "an ambiguity or omission in the text through which the intent of a statute, contract, or obligation may be evaded". This is a pretty straight forward statement not needing a committee to ponder over what is or isn't a loophole. when a loophole is found the legislation is automatically re-written closing the loophole and filed.
How would any candidates for federal elections ever get elected then? And where would they get the money to even run a campaign?
Ya! wouldn't that be nice....elections without special interest money buying our elected government employees!
